Welcome to Learn Bosnian With Amina! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, and courses. By enrolling in a course, you agree to abide by these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at: bosnianwithamina@gmail.com before purchasing any of our courses.
- Enrollment, Payment & Refunds
- Enrollment is complete after payment is received.
- Payments are made in advance via the accepted payment methods (through our platform, PayPal or bank transfer).
- Purchased packages must be completed within a specific timeframe: 10 lessons- within 4 months; 15 lessons within 5 months; 20 lessons- within 6 months.
- If a student remains inactive for a period of 3 months without scheduling or attending any lessons, their package will be considered inactive and cannot be reactivated or refunded.
- Refund for a group class can be provided if the course is canceled by the school and can’t be rescheduled.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Students must cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 12 hours in advance. In case of rescheduling the teacher will offer other options according to the current availability.
- Lesson that are canceled in less than 12 hours or not attended without any notice will be fully charged.
- If needed, for urgent or unplanned reasons, the teacher can reschedule the lesson and offer other options for that week.
- Group & Private Course Structure
- Lessons last 60 minutes unless otherwise specified.
- Group lessons have fixed schedules and cannot be rescheduled individually.
- If a student misses the group lesson, it can’t be exchanged for an individual lesson, rescheduled individually or refunded.
- Students can attend the group they enrolled in and can’t switch between groups.
- Once purchased group course can’t be exchanged for private lessons.
- Private lessons may offer flexible scheduling, subject to availability.
- Intellectual Property Rights & Privacy
- All lesson materials, books, recordings, and resources are the property of Learn Bosnian With Amina. Students are not allowed to distribute, resell, or share course materials without the written permission of the school owner.
- Personal student data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Recording the lessons is not allowed unless otherwise specified in specific situations.
- Limitation of Liability
- The school does not guarantee fluency or specific results from taking a course. While Learn Bosnian With Amina is committed to providing high-quality instruction and resources, the student’s progress depends on their individual effort, practice, and engagement. The school is not responsible for the student’s learning outcomes or the pace of their progress.
- We are not liable for technical failures beyond our control.
- Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
